My Funds is a program for managing one or more checking and savings accounts. The user can easily keep track of transactions and balances, with both Real and Settled balances shown. The real balance reflects all transactions, while the settled balance reflects only settled transactions. Each transaction has a settled or not settled state indicated by a check box. Check off each settled transaction to quickly reconcile the balance with the bank's statement. My Funds also reduces the chances of an erroneous transaction entry by making sure the entry has the correct sign. For example, a deposit is treated as positive and a check or withdrawal is treated as negative. Additional features include a pop-up calendar, marking closed accounts as inactive to prevent unintended changes, filtering for showing transactions over a given date range and/or with a settled or not settled state, printing transactions, and exporting transactions to a text file or to a special comma separated values file for importing into a spreadsheet application.
